Common questions
What are tokens?
Tokens power the AI features of PumpWork AI. They are consumed when generating proposals and for AI-assisted job evaluation. Each subscription plan includes a token allowance, and you can purchase additional tokens anytime as top-ups.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section at pumpwork.devviy.com. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and any unused tokens remain in your account.
Do unused tokens carry over?
Unused tokens remain in your account until consumed. They do not expire as long as your account is active.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through WayForPay, supporting major credit and debit cards. We never store your card details.
Which AI models power proposal generation?
Proposals and AI evaluation are powered by leading LLM providers, currently it's OpenRouter. The default model is managed by us, but you can switch to any other model available in your profile settings.
Do you accept voucher codes?
Yes. Voucher codes can be redeemed from the billing section of your account settings to credit tokens or extend a subscription.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You can try the Pro subscription free for 30 days — no credit card required. If you don't like it, delete your account any time. We'd really appreciate your feedback at [email protected] so we can make it better.
